Birthday in 3 days! Finally got to put a deposit down on a new tattoo, since my last one was 7 years ago 🫪 Scheduled it for the end of the month! I’m so ready, it’s horror movie themed and I will show more when the time gets closer! 😁 Puuuuuumped about it though!

I've found a space for me to push myself on my own terms, and grow mentally, emotionally, and physically. This momentum is only going to keep me going for as long as my body will let me. I'm proud. To those of you cheering others on, that's what the fitness community is for. 💪🏻😁

I have changed my body for sure, I don't have a six pack or anything LOL but I feel so, so much better. The picture of me in the red shirt is from a few years ago now, and then the rest are from this past week. Truly looking at the differences there though, I fully feel like I've saved my own life.

Just recently I reached 500 workouts on Hevy and thinking back, it's wild to realize I've been on this journey for this long now. There were lots of workouts before using it, but seeing that number officially logged, and looking at myself, I find the biggest feeling is just being proud of that.
