“John rod” may be one of my favorite stand designs of all time

A panel of chapter 38 of Jojolands, featuring a vaguely human shaped long rod stand. It is shinning and standing in front of a bunch of foliage

Happy new years! This year I learned to never pick up cross stitch because it is more addictive than any substance. This thing was like an endless sinkhole, siphoning all of my time, and now that it’s done I’ll happily work on setting stuff up for streaming and channel work again! Yay!!!!

I’m really the new Uncanny X-men trade I picked up but like, why are we so shocked here You’d hard pressed to find someone in this group that doesn’t have ptsd, and they’re acting like she just said the earth is flat lmao

Uncanny X-men (2024) issue six

Rogue with her back turned away talking to Wolverine : “what am I saying? You already know ground bear. P.T.S.D. I’m saying you have P.T.S.D.

Shot of Wolverine and Gambit looking on in abject shock. As if the sky isn’t blue.

Also Wolverine is wearing a blindfold and holding a bottle of alcohol

The Rise of Kyoshi (2019) Wow, I can’t believe it took me so long to start reading these. It was great! It’s almost a disservice that the thing I want to talk about is how it gets to be more “adult” since it doesn’t have to worry about kids tv guidelines. Because regardless, it’s amazingly endearing

Captain America Brave New World (2025) I actually saw this opening weekend (partially to get a skin in marvel rivals) it was fun. I really like Sam, I think Anthony plays a charismatic guy. Joaquin was also cool. Really wish the “twist” wasn’t spoiled by every poster or trailer for the thing

Bro why’d he say that

I dont even know how to describe this image…

Superior Iron Man (2014) The whole reason I felt compelled to actually make a list this year. Awesome to see just a nasty guy, real shitter. Whole ending sequence was kinda crazy. A little disappointed it looks like it never really resolves cause on event stuff but still nice mostly contained story

Sonic 3 (2024) You know what I saw this Christmas Eve but Idc that hack didn’t finish his 2024 list so I get to put it here :p I audibly gasped when egg man’s ringtone went off Also the movie was reeeeeaaaaly fun and cool and I liked it and

Marvel Rivals (2024) Do you notice a theme yet? Putting this here cause I’d have to anyways eventually. But it is extremely fun, probably the most I’ve ever enjoyed paying a multiplayer game. I will probably be playing a lot more at my own detriment..

The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya (2009) Yeah the actual book Very nostalgic and cool to see how to book and show compare (it’s very faithful, the shows narration is basically just the book’s) But yeah another of its era thing where they definitely wouldn’t use that language today

Runaways (2003) Dude… I remember watching recap videos about this series forever ago but it’s a crime I never read it til now (or comics in general) This one really lit a fire in me to read more comics in general. Love it (Also extremely 2003, like holy shit)

Taskmaster: The Rubicon Trigger (2021) (Running out of words already besides cool and fun) great mini run which really made me like a guy I haven’t seen much outside of Spider-Man related media. (And also on my timeline every day down)

Creature Commandos (2024-2025) Wow, that was a lot of fun! There was some pacing stuff towards the end I wasn’t the biggest fan of (I didn’t even know the last episode was the last one til I got to it) but it was very cool! (Setting a precedent for stuff I’m watching this year just wait)

I’m actually nauseous but I’m getting through it thinking about jeff, he’s keeping me jovial and at peace. But stomach acid, can’t believe my body makes that stuff…. Not tasty… and here I thought the idea of acid was cool but I dunno anymore

As far as Twitch Recap stuff goes it obviously wasn’t anything crazy but I’m glad reached my personal goal of streaming at least 52 times this year! I’ve been getting better about scheduling and setting aside time for streams or thumbnails or whatever so I hope to get even better about it next year

I love RPGs but like damn there’s so many releasing and how am I supposed to play them all. Metaphor, Romancing Saga, Dragon Quest, Visions of Mana, hell even Mario and Luigi. I’m drowning in RPGs and I still haven’t even beaten Reload yet, let alone the answer

I picked up and started reading Sazan and Comet girl and man. The whole thing, the art, colors, characters, just feels like a warm hug. Like something I would have seen as a kid at 2am when I couldn’t sleep and 15 years later I try to find it again by just typing “cool space lady” into google

The cover for the manga Sazan and Comet Girl. It shows Comet girl on her bike looking at Sazan who’s laying on a bench out in space

A page of the manga Sazan and Comet Girl. It shows the sun rising over earth with Sazan waking up and saying “Morning, Huh?” While looking at the sunset

A page of Sazan and Comet Girl showing a series of extremely small habitable planetoids, all floating together in something like a neighborhood. There’s also a funny looking worm man with a hard hat on leading construction saying “greetings earthers, we appreciate your assisting us again today!”

In this page we see comet girl sitting of her bike with the backdrop of space behind her lifting up her goggles and offing Sazan a lift.
