I don't want them anymore

Three different illustrations of a hand holding pills show a progression, the first image is bright with the hand holding only a couple of pills, the second image becomes slightly darker with the hand holding a dozen of pills, the last image is similar, but a lot darker in tone, the hand holding numerous pills, the author implying a passage of time and the need to take more medication, despite a strong dislike for it
