Ran across this frame-grab from a video I shot in Auckland 24 years ago this month. The image on the right is how the Moon looked just above the horizon there, and the left image is rotated to how it appeared back home in California. It was something I hadn't even considered before going there.

The lower center of the brighter one has the same issue. There are vertical paths that are offset by one grid tile. I marked the problem on the left. I'd have had my guys fix the path as on the right.

Road tripping from Utah into Arizona. The 100+F temp on top of being wiped out from the previous days’ hikes nearly did me in on the relatively easy alien world of the Toadstool Hoodoos. The shortehike at Glen Canyon Dam was not difficult but I was stick-a-fork-in-me I’m DONE for today.

The Excelsior ship in this very short Cyber Studio animation was a mesh built from the construction plans for a small miniature of said ship built by Ed Mirecki and Tom Hudson for #StarTrek VI, and which appeared only (as far as I know) on a Klingon targeting display. The 'splosion is 3D, too.

Feedback sent to the FCC in response to Proceeding 19-41. The commenter argues that such ratings would single out a protected class for differential treatment, associating LGBTQ content with categories typically reserved for harmful material, and raises concerns about viewpoint neutrality and a chilling effect on speech and creative expression, urging the FCC to refrain from supporting any rating framework that targets LGBTQ content for special designation.
