I think given how much time people dedicated to complaining their D tier decks aren't getting support we should really not be encouraging more people putting decks that don't belong in D tier there but I do agree they're still pet decks

I think a deck being held down by a bad matchup shouldn't make it D tier! B tier is IMO the ideal spot for "strong deck with some bad MUs" and people are overusing D tier

I am a big fan of open-ended writing, but I really don't think it works to leave the climactic battle that's the main point of this set up to reader interpretation in that way, and I especially don't think "the battle was gruelling" is a sufficient way to pull that off if that's what they're doing
