I don't know what it is but it seems like playing with a game controller on makes BG3 run better for me...? does anyone know why that might be happening? I play on a laptop

Feels good to let go and just draw late into the night. Digital sketches mostly from memory and a lot of soulful songs to accompany it.

A mass of digital pen drawings, layered together. Some drawings include a woman leaning over, fairies on top of her head, a person with arrows in their chest, adorned lilies, a grandfather clock in the back, a shouting man on the edge of the paper and so on. Perhaps it is the draftsman equivalent of a jazz musician just letting go?

"instead of using GenAI for voices in your indie game you can pay a small voice actor with $5 and exposure and they'll do it because they're not getting paid otherwise" god you don't actually care about the creatives' rights at all. I wish I was exaggerating but that is a real thing someone said

hey I've been doing really poorly emotionally for a while and burnt myself out from drawing so I'm going to step back a bit. I may draw some fun self indulgent things but otherwise probably be inactive. sorry

hi. so. there's a good chance my sister gave me covid. I'm immunocompromised and could get really sick so I may not be active for a while please mask, especially in spaces people NEED to access (hospitals, grocery stores, etc). isolate if you need to. this could've been totally avoidable for me

If you're not an artist but you followed a nsfw artist over to bsky, use that feedback form to tell bsky that. Remind them they're opening a traffic and funding sinkhole that extends well beyond the "icky" creators they want to get rid of

Bluesky is a wonderful place that has flourished in large part because of its artists and intolerance towards facists/Nazis. The Updated policy currently going into effect Oct 15 could fuck that up and we should be very vocal about it. Here are some specific things to mention in feedback (THREAD)

I submitted a report complaining about Bluesky's updated community guidelines and you should too if you are able and have the bandwidth. I love my artist community on Bluesky and don't want it to go away. I'm dying on this hill if I have to. I don't have the energy to establish myself elsewhere.

maud @maudstermash.bsky.social · 16/09/2025

I just recounted and realized BG1 only has 28 companion portraits. YAY!! I don't know why I thought it was 36 this isn't counting the player portaits obviously but I might make a seperate pack for that altogether
