It was my day off today and I knocked my adult chores out by 8am and played #FireEmblem Fortunes Weave all day. Just started Dietrich's part 1 and I'm astonished how fast it's going by. My Cai part 1 took 50hrs. I'm about 10hrs into it and already at chapter 8 of 12. Pretty interesting.

They just announced #FireEmblem Fortune's Weave expansion pass. Part one is four new weapons 🤔 part two adds new costumes and adds gods as playable characters, but part three is what everyone was talking about. They will be adding story content for the other four flame lords. 😍 How much? Who knows.

I just finished Cai part 1 in #FireEmblem Fortune's Weave and it took me 50hrs. That's crazy! There are three more part 1s to complete, between 1-4 part 2s, and a part 3. I don't know if I will finish the game, but boy do you get the value for the price. Dietrich is my next path to play!

I'm a little ashamed to say that I've played #FireEmblem Fortune's Weave for 45hrs (almost done with Cai part 1) and I just found out you can adjust a character's abilities. TBH part 1 has been fairly easy and I haven't needed to. Almost recruited everyone. Missing ~10 out of like 35. <3 <3 <3

#FireEmblem Fortune's Weave has been such a delight to play. I'm nearing the end of Part 1 for Cai and I've thoroughly enjoyed every minute. I can't wait to play through Part 1 on another character next and do things differently. Then another time. And another time. Then play Part 2 and Part 3.

Most of the way through Cai's part one route in #FireEmblem Weave's Fortune and I gotta say that this is one of the best #Persona games I've ever played! 😅 Having all the fun things to do each week, figuring out which characters to do them with. Giving out bunches of gifts and recruiting everyone. 🧡

I'm enjoying #FireEmblem Fortune's Weave so far. I started as Cai. Lots of mechanics to learn, feels a lot like #Persona in there being different activities you can do each week, and giving gifts to people to recruit them. The combat is stellar as always. LOTS of game to go.

Just finished #DigimonBeatbreak and it will be hard for the next series to top this one. Absolutely top 3 Digimon series for me, perhaps #2. Hard to beat the OG. I'm hoping we get new TCG cards for all the new forms we saw at the end. Beatbreak had so much heart. It was so good.

Unfortunately my youtube feed is full of #WorldofWarcraft content after I looked up WoW Forever. Unfortunately I don't PC game anymore. So now I'm just sitting here wishing I could make a hunter and fish and collect pets again. Crossing my fingers for console support in 2027.

I'm replaying #SouthPark Stick of Truth and it's just as amazing as I remembered it being. What I didn't realize is that it was developed by Obsidian Entertainment, which doesn't surprise me at all. I've been a big fan of them since #Fallout New Vegas. Stick of Truth > Fractured But Whole

There is lots of digital video game sales right now. What I see is companies like #Playstation using these sales as ways to prove their point that they don't need to make physical games anymore. Next time you buy a digital game on sale, ask yourself what is more important.

I'm a big #Transformers fan and they are re-releasing the Transformers Movie in theaters, but I can't be the only one who felt the movie was not great. They kill most of the main autobot cast early in the movie. Not like in the cartoons, they get shot and die. I don't like much post Season 2.

Go back and watch Will Ospreay's entrance from #AEW All In 2026. It's clear to me, that not signing Will Ospreay is #WWE 's biggest fumble of the modern era. That entrance made Ospreay look like a million dollars... no, billion dollars. And there is no chance in hell he will ever leave AEW for WWE.

I don't really understand why there is another version of #WorldofWarcraft coming out, but it is perhaps the best MMO ever and if people wanted it, happy they got it. I'd love to see a WOW2 on console. Would love to play #GuildWars3 and WOW2 on my PS5 or Xbox.

#Silo season 3 was ok. The show has taken a new direction, where future seasons won't be like the first ones. I don't know if I'm going to find it as fascinating, but I'm willing to give the next season a shot. Hopefully this means no more flash backs, as it was my least favorite part of the season.

Scopely just confirmed the change to Rocket Balloons in #PokemonGo was intentional. Fuck Scopely. There was not one fucking thing wrong with 3-4 Rocket Balloons a day. In fact it was the most fun I had with the game during my 9-5 work days. Them reducing it to one per day is dumb as fuck.

So Level 5 will be remaking the first #ProfessorLayton game. Now I love the series but I don't think they need to be remade. I'm really happy with the Ace Attorney collections that have been released and I think Professor Layton would be perfect like that. The old games would hold up well IMO.

I just caught Shiny Latios in #PokemonLegendsZA I've never had a shiny grind go on for so long in my life. I think it took me three hours to get Shiny Latias. I've been booting up the game off and on for probably six months now trying to get Shiny Latios to spawn. My lord, what a process. 😁👍

It's quite noticeable how many new digital game sales have gone live since #Playstation 's announcement. I guess it's good for some, but I'm going 100% physical for the time being. Every digital sale is just another excuse for the company to drop physical media sooner.

#Lanterns episode 4 thoughts. I didn't hate it. It's weird but believable to see the guardians manipulating John, but it's making them look scummy. More time with Sinestro and seeing something cool made with the ring was good. The story is a spaghetti right now but it has intrigued me at least.

#ZeldaOcarinaofTime for Switch 2 looks great! It looks to be more of a one-to-one remake of the original, which is fine. It won't be at the top of my To-Play list, but I think a lot of people will love playing it. Hoping Majora's Mask is next. I never played that one.

#PokemonGo Go Fest Finale event this weekend feels rather weak. I had a TON of fun participating in Global Go Fest this year, but it feels like the finale is just about mega-evolving pokemon. No special research tasks, no other legendaries, no free raid passes. A bit of a let down.

#Lanterns episode 3 thoughts. The writers don't give a shit about Green Lantern mythos.

As much as I hate everything they've changed from the original Green Lantern mythos, and trust me, I think tall blue guardians is bullcrap, what Episode 3 presented felt like a genuine superhero story. A little messed up, given what the parents did to John, but nothing that wouldn't fit right in with other Elseworlds stories.

I wanted to hate the episode. All my hate from the first two episodes cleanly carried over to this one. But there was no Nebraska. No need to not use Lantern powers to save budget. Everything that I've hated in the first two episodes wasn't here --

-- except for one. Three episodes in and we've yet to see A SINGLE non-humanoid Alien. That's dumb as fluff for a character who spends the majority of his time around Aliens. And I could write a sermon on how much of a coward the writers are to actually represent the Green Lantern mythos, but maybe I'll let this episode be more of a win than a horrible worthless flop that the first two episodes were.

I truly feel if this episode started everything, the crap that came after would've been a bit more digestible.

I'm so sad that #Digimon Beatbreak is ending soon. It's definitely been one of my top favorite Digimon series. I really wish it could've gotten another season, where they could have fleshed out the other characters and the world more. I'm collecting all the TCG cards for the series. Loved it!

#TheSheepDetectives was a good movie, not a great whodunnit, but a movie I'd suggest to watch. The sheep are adorable, the plot leaves you in suspense till the end, and it's a great experience from beginning to end.

Recently SEGA updated #Persona6 website to say that only the #Playstation5 will be receiving a physical release. Nothing is known for sure, but I guess I'm just happy to know I can bet on getting a physical release for a game I am really excited for... before they end for good. (booo)

#Witcher 3 getting a remaster that is free to all previous owners of the game is pretty amazing. I only played it a little and found the combat a little janky, so seeing all the revamped systems gives me an incredible reason to try the game again.

Here are my thoughts on #Lanterns episode 1. #GreenLantern has been my favorite comic book since the 90s. I jumped on board when Hal Jordan became Parallax and Kyle Rayner became Green Lantern. I loved everything Geoff Johns did with the series, loved Blackest Night, but I haven't read much lately.

Kyle Chandler's take on Hal Jordan is a ridiculous caricature. He has no redeeming qualities on the surface and takes every second to showcase how much of an egotistical asshole he is. I'm sure the series will eventually show that Hal has some good qualities deep down, but comic book readers never had to search for redeeming qualities. Even if the show is trying to portray a nearing retirement version of the character, it is outside of my realm of imagination to picture Hal Jordan acting so careless to send his friend flying off a cliff in a running car.

Aaron Pierre feels plucked straight from the comics when it comes to how he looks so much like John Stewart and has a demeanor similar to the character. This is the character the show is really trying to sell as being a superhero, so they establish strong qualities about the character -- like he doesn't drink while on the job, he likes to tell the truth to law enforcement, etc... until he has sex with a woman five minutes after meeting her at a bar. Really classy there. HBO has to be HBO, right? Still, I look forward to seeing this character in a Justice League movie. Unfortunately, I have my doubts we will see this character ever use the Green lantern powers for this series. I believe the whole goal of the series will be for John Stewart to be the more physical actor that has no use of powers to contrast Hal Jordan who will rely only on his Green Lantern powers. Nobody wants to watch a 60 year old Kyle Chandler run after a fleeing alien, but a 30 year old Aaron Pierre makes it look like a good episode of CSI Miami.

If there can be one positive thing come from the #Playstation physical media announcement, it is that my goal to collect physical media that matters to me, whether that is CDs, DVDs, Blu-Rays, or video games, has been intensified. I'm snapping up media that I would've second-guessed in the past.

I'm definitely not as excited about Marvel's #Wolverine for PS5 after hearing that it's more of a linear action game. I think the open world in Spider-Man was one of the best parts of the game. The freedom, the physics, the collectibles to find. I have doubts a linear game will be nearly as fun.

We're getting closer and closer to #PokemonWindsandWaves coming out next year, and I am really disappointed in how #Pokemon Scarlet & Violet have been treated when it comes to monthly events. Outbreaks and Raid pokemon are boring choices. Wish we could get more regional Pokemon or starters!

The #PokemonTCG world is healing, even if just a little. Today when I visted Target, I was able to purchase a First Partner product. I didn't have to stand in a line. Soon after, I heard a bunch of kids run up excited to see ETBs to purchase. FUCK SCALPERS. They have ruined this game for too long.

I've longtime felt that graded #Pokemon cards is a broken system. It worsens with Beckett saying they'll be pausing cheaper grading of cards. PSA did this a while back. When the cheapest option to grade cards is more expensive than what the cards will be worth, you know the system is broken.
