I know they don't exactly match, and I like that they don't. They stand out and look like turning points in the Galaxy.

They released the Prequels in the same format as the Legends books recently, and I added them to the shelves. I hope they release the sequels too, so I can put them up there and give a Fandom Menacer an aneurysm.

I've found a few that I like, but that's the EXACT scent I want to smell like. I've been getting more into fragrances in the past few months. Might have to do with the GLP-1.

Went to Ulta to see if they had this hair product that Adam likes (they didn't have it), but I smelled Tom Ford Ombre Leather while there. I need it, but also...

There's also just a ton of people making videos against people that have POTS or ehlers-danlos.

Some cunt said that they went to a pride event, and saw so many people with walkers and canes. That makes them lazy and that they're probably all faking it. They should just go to physical therapy to get help, as if pt isn't super expensive you have to go through so many goddamn hoops to get it.

Found these in an old Loot Crate in my basement and they're going directly into the fire pit in the backyard.

I just know, I KNOW, that if they accurately cast Sparrowhawk in a new Wizard of Earthsea movie, these know-nothings would be screaming "woke" or some other bullshit.

Sorry, I was going to say something mean, not towards you, but I forget how sensitive they are down there.

Matt @mattydontstart.bsky.social · 04/10/2026

I dunno. It just fascinates me that we live in this chronically online world, and yet people's world view is so tiny as to think something so common is exclusive to their country.

Matt @mattydontstart.bsky.social · 04/10/2026

She calls them kebabs. I know they're not the exact same thing, but kebabs, shawarma and gyros are all very similar. She'll be able to find something very similar to what she's looking for.

120

Matt @mattydontstart.bsky.social · 04/10/2026

Just saw some Australian say she doesn't think we have kebabs/ shawarma in the US. One of the biggest movies of all time ends with them going to a shawarma shop in NYC, and she doesn't think we have them here.

I think he also went in with a friend, though they acted like they didn't know each other. That guy got yelled at by an employee, asking what he was there for and he said "none of your business". Don't know what happened to him, but he surely didn't get to cut the line.

030

Matt @mattydontstart.bsky.social · 02/10/2026

The guy he tried to cut behind asked him wtf does he think he's doing and we've never seen him the whole two hours we were there. Then everyone else started yelling at him.

Oh so a wild thing happened when we finally got to go into Best Buy. This guy shows up as the door opens, wad of cash in hand. He's flashing that shit like he thinks he's going to buy it all. He tries to cut in front of the person in front of me, and EVERYONE told him to fuck off to the back.

140

Matt @mattydontstart.bsky.social · 02/10/2026

I always feel bad when I go into a locally owned store and don't find what I'm looking for, so I always buy at least a little something so I don't feel like I'm wasting their time.

Only problem is I can't find any info on if the Panama Canal shipping situation made it so Best Buy didn't get the CBB yet. It dropped once online on preorder day and hasn't dropped since. At least I will get something today.

Matt @mattydontstart.bsky.social · 02/10/2026

Sorry, I'm number 23. So I'm DEFINITELY getting something. Tyche is on my side today.

Matt @mattydontstart.bsky.social · 02/10/2026

I'm only like 30th-ish people deep, and this Best Buy doesn't tolerate line cutting, so my odds are high.

150

Matt @mattydontstart.bsky.social · 02/10/2026

In line at Best Buy to see if they'll have Reality Fracture Collector Booster boxes and the Pokemon 30th stuff dropping today, and I might ACTUALLY get something. The line isn't too long.

I think I'm also going to start buying singles of the Neo sets. Silver and Gold is my favorite gen, & for some reason I stopped collecting before them. Probably bc I was starting high school and had other things to worry about. The last thing I have from then is the Premium File.

I think I'm going to try to collect all of the original Team Rocket Non-Foil cards. I just found a first edition Charmander at a game store, and I have a whole bunch of first edition versions of those cards.
