They got the right result for the wrong reason. IMO, this wasn't a 1A case, it's about state lawmakers directing treatment decisions, which is a terrible idea. Yes, conversion therapy is harmful, but the profession should decide what practices warrant discipline. www.nytimes.com/2026/03/31/u...
