one of the best things I did this year was go to the National Archives to see the 'founding documents' in the rotunda. The Constitution is there...it is a few handwritten pages that would fit on your dining room table. incredible how those very few words are 'interpreted' to mean whatever you want.

I don't think there's any supply and productivity growth on the horizon that's going to lower the bills people are upset about (groceries, gas, monthly basics). this isn't the late 19th century where the industrial revolution is about to completely change agriculture, manufacturing, and so forth.

Nathan Fielder takes some getting used to, that’s a fact. But he’s got some way of getting people to reveal themselves, while you are never sure if he is playing a character or not. Strangely compelling.
