Ok, the Super Station has earned its keep. Ain't no way I'll ever find a Sailor Moon arcade board, and if I did I imagine it will be stupid expensive. At least with this I can play it.

Pseudoregalia is easily my favorite game of the past 4 or 5 years. It's easily among the best platformers of all time. I love how it looks, and the controls feel amazing. I've replayed it several times, and it's always a blast.

The hardest part of the arcade cabinet is done! I modified the monitor mount so that I can easily change the screen orientation to better suite different games. Now I just need a bezel, a new marquee, a new control panel, and some new side art and I'm good.

Black. I want to make it look as close as I can to a vintage Galaga cabinet. It won't be exactly like this, but I think I can make it close enough to make me happy. My plan is to make it suitable for many games, so that I can easily swap boards if I want something else.

Got the Kotobukiya Cadance and Chrysalis in. Didn't expect them to show up at the same time, that was a bit weird. They're really nice though. I think Chrysalis is the better of the two. I hope they at least do Glimmy and Trixie too. #ToyPics #MLP

This is hands down the jankiest video cable I've ever used, but as a proof of concept, it 100% worked! I can totally feed a jamma CGA signal straight into my GBS-Control and it will work.

Built myself a GBS-Control video scaler. Not the prettiest wiring job, but it works. My plan is to use it in an arcade cabinet. If I can't have a CRT in my cabinet, then I at least want a good scaler, and the un-modded GBS units just ain't good enough.

I also went to Worlds of Fun for a quick visit today. Can't really ride anything right now, but it was still nice to walk around for a bit. Hopefully my surgery goes well and I can ride things again in a few months.

That's better! Looking good! The only sicker I was able to save was the windshield. I always like to keep as many originals as I can, but all of his were either in bad shape or in the wrong place. He's still got some chips on the metal bits, but I don't mind that. He is nearly 40 after all.

I really like Powermaster Prime so far. He's a big chunky brick of a toy, but very playable still. I see now why he's so well remembered. He's a lot more fun the the more modern version that I have.
