I think so, given Court action was required to vary trust terms and the estate was v complicated (in size and scope, with private companies needing to be wound down etc). I think it's a pretty good model showing how to pick what you like (don't be vague!) and ensuring that gets supported over time.

Regardless of whether you think there should been different beneficiaries, it’s an amazingly efficient structure with no staff, v little management, low low admin costs at ~2% of returns, and structured perpetuity and capex requirements for donees that should see it function forever.
