Pivoting IS higher ed MarCom, so backup plans are just a part of our world. It has migrated into my personal life, tho. My therapist partner says that could be a barrier to being mindful and present - maybe there should be a balance between having a plan and just going with the flow. 🤷‍♀️

The OrangeTheory treadmills hit differently - they have one touch speeds and are bouncy! I can’t do a regular treads because they feel like I’m running on concrete, and, yes, trying to figure out speed/incline is like specialized training. 🤷‍♀️
