Used to use one of these bendy lights made by Kensington, even with illuminated keyboards it can get dark in an auditorium. But it was for old style USB-A. Ikea have a done a USB-C one, for £1.50 I'm getting several to throw in my bags. If it's connected to a battery pack I have a long neck torch.
