50 miles this morning. Longest this year! I hung off the back at the end to get some video because for once we actually looked like a group and I didn’t want to record while riding in the group but this was the fastest ride I’ve done for sure! My sister and nephews gave us water at mile 30!

It was a great day for Brynn at physical therapy. She has a mild case of cerebral palsy and she has to work a little harder at things that come naturally for others. This past fall she would have done more of a leap one foot then the other and maybe half the height. So this is huge! #cerebralpalsy

Tried cycling while sick on Saturday and made it just over 5 1/2 miles before needing to turn around and head back. My lungs couldn’t handle it even on an “easy” climb. Tonight I was able to knock out 20 on an “easy” shake out ride with the group. #cycling

Made homemade pizza tonight for the family. Each getting our own. First time I haven’t screwed one of them up! Dough from our favorite pizza place, Novanta, and used our indoor pizza oven from cuisinart. 700 degrees for 5 minutes and it was perfect!

I have started the prep work on desserts. Pumpkin bars (pre frosting) done. Next the pumpkin pie and prepping veggies after that for the stuffing and snack. Then seasoning the turkeys (full and breast) and then the sweet potatoe mash up after that. But a preview.

At mile 29 we stop to let others catch up. 2 of our group (plus me) are sitting just under 16mph with only bike path riding to go. It’s now or never to hot 16 so we hooked up and flew down the path. Even with some brief slowdowns with road crossings we ended up crushing the final 6 miles. #cycling
