Finally, it's werewolves and pumpkins month.

It's pretty interesting to see how I draw a character these days compared to how I draw the same one now!

Sometimes I feel so self-conscious about my interests and such. I've been trying to come to terms with that feeling for years.

Mat_sutzu @matsutzu.bsky.social · 28/09/2026

Finally did the games one after days of not being able to access it due to high traffic, lol

Mat_sutzu @matsutzu.bsky.social · 27/09/2026

Felt like sketching a Bravestarr Dingo, so I did! :D

Color test for one of my Ocs, Zeeb Lux! Might adjust the color values more a bit in the future so these may be slightly in flux (A Lux Flux, if you will)but this gives the general vibe of my idea for the design :D

Slowly trying to pin down the design of my wolf guitarist, Zeeb Lux

Mat_sutzu @matsutzu.bsky.social · 24/09/2026

I had a hard time to fit only 9 >.> Bakemono no Ko was later in life, but it really did influence my art!

Whenever the sticky keys beep sounds on my laptop, I always jump like ten feet, adfhghgh

220

Mat_sutzu @matsutzu.bsky.social · 22/09/2026

For some reason, I went to put in my PC password and typed in 'worgen'. That's not my password, not even close, I guess I just have tailless werewolves with cute butts on the brain, lol

Mat_sutzu @matsutzu.bsky.social · 20/09/2026

Can I not be this sore and stressed and instead be in a cuddle pile with my favorite anthro wolf guys? Thanks, adhfgh

Doing a little bit of art experimenting with my boy before I try to sleep~

Mat_sutzu @matsutzu.bsky.social · 19/09/2026

Kinda wish I was still numb, afhghg. Ow.

120

Mat_sutzu @matsutzu.bsky.social · 17/09/2026

Still numb from surprise dental work, but at least I came home to new footage of my sweet bb Nanaki <3

Doodled an old friend for practice ❤️🦁

Mat_sutzu @matsutzu.bsky.social · 15/09/2026

I promise that sometime soon I'll draw more characters other than the Bakemono no Ko wolves! It's just that the trio is inspiring me so much right now, haha.

250

Mat_sutzu @matsutzu.bsky.social · 15/09/2026

Reposting this because I forgot a small part of his character design, haha.

3389

Mat_sutzu @matsutzu.bsky.social · 15/09/2026

Probably my biggest hurdle in drawing has always been my dang shaky hands, lol

010

Mat_sutzu @matsutzu.bsky.social · 13/09/2026

A little experiment/redraw of a prior sketch, but with different fundoshi :D

04710

Mat_sutzu @matsutzu.bsky.social · 13/09/2026

Black phase wolves are so amazing

050

Mat_sutzu @matsutzu.bsky.social · 13/09/2026

Spent the day rearranging after a shelf of mine came down, adfgjh. It turned out what happened was that the shelf was sitting on top of my college coursework binder and Shakespeare book, and the binder finally gave way, lol. Thankfully nothing was damaged!

I was trying to source this Big Bad Wolf finger puppet I got for Christmas ages ago and managed to find a pic of the packaging. Core memory unlocked XD

I think only I, Aledonrex and another person has drawn fan art of the Wild Face Trio from Bakemono no Ko in the furry fandom unless I'm wrong >.> Wish more people knew about these handsome boys (and there was more art >,>)

I've lately had a memory issue where my mind will swap the names of two unrelated characters and it gets 'stuck'. Often times there's no rhyme or reason for it, but it's been happening for maybe 2 or so years now. It's really frustrating when it happens and takes a long time to 'unstick'.

Mat_sutzu @matsutzu.bsky.social · 07/09/2026

I have such strong memories of staying up and watching Swat Kats reruns late in the night on Cartoon Network. Those were the days.

Not sure how others feel about this, but in my view, cheddar has no business being on a pizza.

A sketch featuring Goldtooth from Bravestarr! It gets hot in New Texas, sometimes you gotta strip down and enjoy that sweetwater~

That feeling when getting stuck on a minor detail on something I'm working on that ultimately will not matter (because only I will notice it, lol)

030

Mat_sutzu @matsutzu.bsky.social · 05/09/2026

The furry fandom as a whole has kinda slept on the dingos from Bravestarr-- they're really handsome guys, lol

250

Mat_sutzu @matsutzu.bsky.social · 03/09/2026

My left ear is bleeding a lot at almost midnight and i'm so worried about it, i'm not sure how I'll sleep

Mat_sutzu @matsutzu.bsky.social · 02/09/2026

It's alarmingly common to read someone complaining about some graphical glitch they're having in a game where the OP failed to mention that they installed some mod that is 100% the culprit

050

Mat_sutzu @matsutzu.bsky.social · 01/09/2026

Something felt off on a picture I was working on, and it turned out that the base color of the fur I used was subtly off. You wouldn't think that would make a difference though, given lighting could cause that in the first place. 🤔

Mat_sutzu @matsutzu.bsky.social · 30/08/2026

Another sketch of one of those handsome Wild Face Trio wolves from Bakemono no Ko because why not? :D 🐺🐺🐺

I sat down today to do a model sheet for my wolf rocker OC's earring and uuuh I'm stuck if it should have two or one beads connecting to the hilt. Such a small thing for me to get stuck on!

Mat_sutzu @matsutzu.bsky.social · 25/08/2026

Have to have more dental work done in the morning, and I feel so nervous i can't sleep. I went most my adult life without dental problems and now they're inescapable.

150

Mat_sutzu @matsutzu.bsky.social · 25/08/2026

[WIP] Experimenting with this further. Sometimes I can color my sketches directly, but this one's lines are too 'loose'. I probably need to ink it at a later date.

There's a rumor floating around that Hasbro is going to be making Final Fantasy VII figures and it's like 'Gee, I hope they make a new figure of my boy that I don't have to take out a loan to get' adfgjhj

I've got a folder on my PC called 'Wolfy Core', which is pretty much a folder containing images of people and characters that influenced my OC's design. One of these days I should drop some leather fashion refs in there.
