Adelaide won't be a street circuit, it's a parkland circuit. It will have runoff just like a regular MotoGP circuit. It will most likely be slow and boring as well, like a Balaton Park surrounded by skyscrapers

Narrower frontal area, plus fairing nose moved back, both which will decrease downforce on the front tyre. Seat aero must also be lower and leg wings are also banned, by a narrower seat area. Factory engineers I've spoken with suggest 30-50% less downforce but we will see...
