I unsubbed from him after two trans women politely questioned his attacks on Democrats and his response was "fuck you, suck my dick." What a creep. He did the same thing to a black person who brought up the genocide in Sudan. It reminded me of how Trump reacts to female reporters. Gross.

Dems desperately need a (left-wing) media apparatus like GOP has. All of the right (from alt-right white nationalists to evangelicals to podcast bros) may disagree but will unite behind Trump to win elections & yield power. That's not true. Culture wars was how the right was able to strip away lots & lots of men (white, black, Latino, young, old) from the Dems & into MAGA. They got hammered over this issue. "Men in women's sports" was one of the most pushed in the manosphere. Pete is a politician, not an activist.

Trump inherited a stable, growing economy from Obama, yet left behind a disastrous meltdown. Biden spent 4 years & turned it around with no help from Republicans except sabotage and disruption. In 6 months, Trump managed to destroy everything all over again.

Conservatives always support a big, oppressive government. They wrote the Patriot Act & made TSA, Homeland Security, indefinite detention, papers-please, free speech zones, & Guantanamo. Naturally, they want FEMA camps with zero oversight, military patrolling the streets, & Palantir surveillance.

Republicans won't care. Trump will tell them gas is 57 cents a gallon or inflation is the lowest anyone has ever seen before & the massive MAGA media apparatus will praise him for his amazing leadership. The Dems' messaging will never reach those who need to see it.

MAGA only cares about things they are told to. It's why Republicans in rural Idaho lose sleep over immigration. Or a grandmother in suburban Oklahoma has nightmares about drag queens. Or how Utah spent millions just to ban a single trans athlete from playing girls' sports in high school.

The GOP bends to Trump. His words are repeated ASAP, in unison, & celebrated by every MAGA voice on social media. No matter what, their right-wing enthusiastically supports Trump. The Dems don't have a comparable left-wing that supports & spreads their message unconditionally. It's not a cult.

The rich in NYC have extraordinary amounts of money. There are 100 million dollar condos. A small percent increase in tax isn't going to make them leave. No place compares when you're wealthy & can enjoy everything NYC offers.
