I'm finished with Re:Chain of Memories! I don't think it's something I'd return to, but I'm glad to have the experience 😊 Story was great and it has some memorable battles, but I was getting more frustrated than I'd like to admit. Cards just aren't for me!

Spending today grinding up towards Ultima Weapon- you need to synthesize all 30 recipes to unlock it! I've already done this before on the PS2 version of Kingdom Hearts but never on Final Mix, on PS2 I recall it being somewhat easy but Final Mix has a looooot more grinding involved 😩

Completed everything last night!! 🥰 Modified Mayflash F700 ready to roll! This stick was really easy to mod, very pleasant to work with! Parts list will be in the replies for those curious!

This is a personal gripe, but I'm a bit of a leaderboard chaser! Sadly, you cannot filter any of the leaderboards by Ship Type, Friends Only, etc. What you see is what you get! The Raiden Fighters games have pretty big scoring disparities between ships, I would have liked to separate them out!

I briefly tried Raiden Fighters Jet, but the sound has been processed with a tinnitus-inducing tin-drum sound effect on a few of the tracks. Not sure if this is a personal problem but it's distracting- thankfully you can switch to the Remixed music (which are all extremely good!) Video comparison 👇

First and foremost, the original Raiden Fighters games ran at an obtuse 54FPS, while the collection is running at a full 60FPS without respect to the speed of the original game. This makes for an already blistering fast game feel unwieldy at times, stages scroll much faster! Video comparison 👇
