Over the past 15 years I’ve lost 125lbs. For 8 of those years I’ve been taking Ozempic. I sleep better. My BP is normal. My A1C is 6.2. I look better, which makes my mental health much better! There is no shame in taking the medication prescribed and enjoying the benefits.

Bluesky reminds me of Canadian politics in the 80s - early 90s: we had Progressive Conservatives, Liberals, and the NDP. WE ALL agreed on the basic structure of a civil society, including universal healthcare, women’s rights, LGBTQ Rights. There was minor disagreement on economic policy. That’s it.
