i truly could not have done this year with out my friends + loved ones. u all mean so much to me. there’s so much more that i’ve both achieved and lost this year, but the most important thing is i lived to see 21. thank goodness. here’s to 2025, may it be kinder 🧡

2024 has been beyond difficult. i lost 2 uncles in 4 months, had several families battle cancer or have a scare, was treated terribly, but i completed a year long therapy programme, restarted my education + goals, and ive healed and grown close w so many wonderful friends.

for me, spn is the feeling of being understood, the feeling of friendship, the feeling of freedom, the feeling of living. for my family, spn means me getting my autism diagnosis, me making safe and healthy choices, me choosing freedom. spn u are so so dear to us. thank u.
