I woke up to lilacs from our lilac tree this morning. They smell amazing. Lilacs are my favorite flower, and the lilac tree is grown from a planting of one of the ones from our old house. When we moved into that house, there were three lilac trees, each one a different shade.

Dinner tonight is a saute. It's shrimp, potatoes, zucchini, yellow squash, carrot, cremini mushrooms, grape tomatoes, shallot, garlic, and Italian seasoning sautéed in olive oil. I cut each shrimp into thirds to spread that out more through it.
