The simple solution. A company that was run only for the benefit of its investors, that polluted the country, failed to invest in accordance with the promises when it was sold off under the market rate is allowed to fail and then is handed back to the country. No more state support.

So? Are you saying that the government should make your bad investments good? Are companies never allowed to fail, no matter how badly run just as long as they have pensions invested in them? Do you not think ' the value of your investments can go down ' applies?
