We're already seeing it a little tbh. Like, smaller scale, but google started ai upscaling youtube videos without telling the uploader And with how ai features are creeping into everything it really feels like it's only a matter of time tbh

All SFW stuff will be posted from there now. Also might delete the summer animation from this profile and post it there. Don't really care for reuploading on another account - this is just how things should be now.

#marvventin #vent Man. Watching the behind the scenes bits of AFIS and just seeing how hard he was working on it, and all of the creativity going into the process itself, was literally one of my inspirations for getting back into art. This is incredibly disappointing to learn

And frankly that's kinda the foam on the surface of it all. There's a lot I can go into on why we're all frustrated with management rn

Again, those are just PIECES and don't account for large swaths of what we do (and assumes we have more staff than we do...). So we are not only back to square one, they now have a chat bot to bug us with when we fall short. Yay (3/3)

MARVelousEyes @marvelouseyes.bsky.social · 02/05/2026

What happened was on day 3 our senior engineering manager joined in and disregarded everything we'd talked about the last 2 days with "we trained an llm on your area's operational docs and metrics you both took and this is what it came up with to hit our numbers" and our PTL just went with it (2/3)

100

MARVelousEyes @marvelouseyes.bsky.social · 02/05/2026

In a way the opposite. To try and keep this short... CoWorker2 and I performed time studies on our equipment (during our normal shifts mind you) before the strategy meetings with our PTL started just to have measurements of how long those PIECEs of the whole process take. (1/3)

MARVelousEyes @marvelouseyes.bsky.social · 01/05/2026

Fr thanks <3 And it is what it is. I'd be lying if I said I didn't think something like this was going to happen :/ (Kinda why I've been trying to leave...)

110

MARVelousEyes @marvelouseyes.bsky.social · 01/05/2026

I don't think I've been back-stabbed with my own data before so at least that's new I suppose

MARVelousEyes @marvelouseyes.bsky.social · 01/05/2026

#marvventin Flew too close to the sun :/ Long story short, senior management came in, threw the initial test measurements from "Co-Worker2" and I into an llm, and what it spat out was enough for them to say "business as usual" The search continues...

MARVelousEyes @marvelouseyes.bsky.social · 30/04/2026

I know this isn't exciting to like... any of y'all, but having been on a vampire schedule for over a decade now being able to just *exist* in regular hours is honestly really exciting for me Asking y'all to just bear with me ^<^;

#marvrambles "..."Co-worker" would start training immediately with "Marv" moving to the new role and shift..." Y'allllll it might be happeninggggg 👀👀👀

#marvrambles Day 2! Seeds have been planted yesterday and have a good feeling ngl 👀 Although I guess we'll see how the rest of the week goes ^<^;

090

MARVelousEyes @marvelouseyes.bsky.social · 28/04/2026

On the flip flip side had a shift change this week for said strategy meetings so might be awake enough to actually do things/bother people. Been a bit for sure ;v;

MARVelousEyes @marvelouseyes.bsky.social · 28/04/2026

#marvrambles Tiny birb life update! Not‌hin' has uh... panned out so far ;v; On the flip side! An internal position openned up at my current job and the head is going to part of the strategy meetings this week! So schmooze potential is *high* Wish me luck y'all!

#marvblendin #furry #oc #furryart Been working on a redesign (among other things) of my big lizard critter and ngl curious what y'all think so far (new look on the right). In general wanted to reign in his look a bit and make him feel *chunkier* in a tank-y/heavy armor kinda way

3201

MARVelousEyes @marvelouseyes.bsky.social · 12/04/2026

#marvarts #oc #furry Yeah why not... Y'allllll!! Look at Skele-Marv!!

1110

MARVelousEyes @marvelouseyes.bsky.social · 12/04/2026

Yeah! Pretty much! Dumb, and makes bad (increasingly so!) decisions ^<^;

000

MARVelousEyes @marvelouseyes.bsky.social · 12/04/2026

Marv is a bit of a self-depricative true-sona. If you turn me inside-out (please don't ;v;) this is what you'd get. He (normally) shares my height and weight, but he's also confidently incorrect and narcissistic (like irl me!). ... So he's a mix of things I like, and things about me that're bad ^<^;

100

MARVelousEyes @marvelouseyes.bsky.social · 12/04/2026

AAA glad to hear <3 And, yeah, admittedly, the multi-colored spikes were a leftover from the "what can I throw together in a week?" challenge I gave to myself when I as making him. So, fr, it's nice to hear that the new spikes work well(ish)

000

MARVelousEyes @marvelouseyes.bsky.social · 12/04/2026

Cuddles are encouraged regardless ngl ^<^; ... Also fwiw ... Skele-Marv heads are still totally cognizant when disconnected. So he can be *long-distance* snugged

110

MARVelousEyes @marvelouseyes.bsky.social · 12/04/2026

Warning you that there are 2 other heads that'll nibble you back ❤️

010

MARVelousEyes @marvelouseyes.bsky.social · 12/04/2026

AAAAA glad fr <3 ... That's also been the hardest part ngl. Since I like parts of both too and I don't know what to doooo x<x

010

MARVelousEyes @marvelouseyes.bsky.social · 12/04/2026

Glad <3 Because, regardless of lore, all 4 are here to stay ^<^

110

MARVelousEyes @marvelouseyes.bsky.social · 12/04/2026

I mean an overzealous, and narcissistic someone that abuses magic to be a big snake, then big hydra, and then big dead kinda tracks (and, frankly, is incredibly on-brand for what Marv himself is supposed to be ^<^;) ... Also I want more excuses to use the "die-dra" because I like it a lot tbh (2/2)

MARVelousEyes @marvelouseyes.bsky.social · 12/04/2026

#marveless #marvelore #oc #oc_lore Been going back and forth on what the Boneheads even are (they were just made as a ""joke"" for my birthday ngl, since I'm old and gross haha), but fr thinking they're the end state of a fantasy-setting version of Marv. (1/2)
