Just for balance (like a BBC interview!), when we lived near you our Evri delivery guy was Pete. Now, Pete was always faultless with his delivery duties. However, he was a, physically perfect, rugby player and incredibly friendly. I always ensured I was waiting at the door to receive his parcels. 😉

😁😁😁 You’re obviously ‘entertaining’ him far too well. Has he always got his mouth full of something?? 😏 It certainly takes some time to speak like a native…I did it the wrong way around (no double entendre here 🫢) and learnt ‘street’ Spanish from young people. My Spanish teacher was bemused.

Oh they’re just dreadful. I’ve been in a battle with them. When you look at their massive profits, you’d think they could afford to provide an effective customer service delivery. I detest the industry more than the banking sector.

Oh enjoy Lisbon!! The trad tart looks fabulous. Very hectic here, both the people I work for (I’m some kind of PA 🤷🏻‍♂️) are poorly, so I’m having to organise the business side of things & their personal lives 😬 They’re elderly (both mid 80s) but incredibly busy & do lots & lots of philanthropic stuff.
