We were bizarrely better with 10 men. Olusanya was very effective. He completely disrupted Killie. Thought Marshall did well in ET too. Good team spirit for the last hour. Not convinced we've turned a corner, because we need to be better with 11, but it turned into a very enjoyable evening.

Lost 3-1. No shortage of endeavour, but massively lacking in experience and too many youngsters thrown in the deep end. If we can sign a few players with the right calibre and experience there's still hope... I'm not holding my breath though.

Went to see Swill (from The Men They Couldn't Hang) and @calumbairdsongs.bsky.social at the Waverley Bar last night. Probably the most enjoyable gig I've been at this year! Small venue, great songs, enthusiastic audience and sound politics.

Went to a Show Racism The Red Card event at Linlithgow Rose last night. It's a shame it wasn't better attended as it was very interesting / thought provoking. Key takeaway - not being racist isn't enough, you have to actually be anti-racist. #ShowRacismTheRedCard

Another under the radar HES property - Lincluden Collegiate Church. It was more impressive than I expected. Disappointing lack of info on site though. In fact it feels a bit unloved compared to other HES properties in D&G
