Next Sunday is the first of our Drift Sessions at Bragdy #Conwy #Brewery - 3 live sets, 3 djs playing the finest in electronic experimental music. This is a deep dive into the strange and curious. And it's a bank holiday the next day so unplug your mind from the matrix and drift! #electronica

Absolutely cracking haul of techno from Deeside Vinyl today. Still plenty left. I've now got a day of DJ shoulder ahead of me carting this lot around on my way to @moolakiiclubai.bsky.social to catch @jamesadrianbrown.bsky.social - and it's sunny! Life doesn't get much better

Dropping some dark ambient sounds in a couple of weeks under my Dispatches From The Edge alias at this new event. Bringing the noise to Penmaenmawr!

Catching up on some listening this morning. Now playing Stone Anthem "where trees go to die" on @castlesinspace.bsky.social Rather bloody sublime I must say

Smashing little trip to Manchester last night to see @jamesadrianbrown.bsky.social and @sulkrooms.bsky.social at the Shoegaze Cafe. Intimate sweaty vibes and both artists pulled off intense sets to match the heat

This Saturday I'll be making the trip down to #Bodmin to play live #acidtechno for my mates at 303 Vinyl Junkies. If you've been dragged down on holiday to #Cornwall what a perfect excuse to pop out for the evening. A fantastic line up of top notch #techno

Got a last minute ticket to see Iron Maiden in Glasgow (4.5 hr train journey from North Wales as is). Then got to Warrington to find out that the west coast mainline was closed due to a tree falling on wires north of Carlisle. And was closed for the day. No replacement buses. Almost went home.

From chaos comes creativity. Been recording ambient drone jams this weekend. My idea being to create some music to sleep to - but I just can't do nice. Music for serial killers to sleep to maybe #ambient #drone #noise

#nowplaying Iron Maiden - Live After Death. This was the first album I ever owned back in the mid 80s. That copy is long gone but I picked up a great condition copy from @noiseannoys78.bsky.social today. Only a couple of weeks until I'm seeing them at the Hydro in Glasgow 🤘 #ironmaiden #vinyl

#nowplaying Box Frenzy by the poppies. Been a long time but was a favourite back in the day. Forgot just how bad it is. But at the same time utterly sublime. Love it.

Starting the day with number 6.5 in Future Sound of London's Environment series. This series of albums has somehow passed me by so making an effort to give them a proper listen. #fsol #futuresoundoflondon

A spot of Saturday morning Sisters! Their sound has gone a lot more heavy rock by this stage bolstered by more massive Jim Steinman production on More. My favourite album of theirs. #goth #sistersofmercy

That's quite the line up. When I heard it on the radio earlier I just assumed it was from the 80s early 90s. Quite tempted. Mainly to see Slayer one more time 🤘

Back to the beginning. Black Sabbath in Birmingham July 2025

Over Xmas decided to pull all my techno records out and get them in some order. There's still piles of them around the house while I try and decide on an indexing system #vinyl #techo #acidtechno #electro
