this might be a weird question but how common are irl queer hatecrimes. I keep hearing stories of people who have unfortunately been harassed but by nature of social media it's hard to tell if they're isolated incidents or if this happens concerningly often

idk if anyone plays Clash of Clans but to this day it baffles me how poorly designed Clan Capital is the gimmick of "spells lasting multiple attacks" doesn't work at all because most the spells they give you aren't useful outside the attack you use them in??? like whuh???

I wonder when game developers will learn to make collectible trackers that are concise enough to where you aren't forced to look up where everything is online after a while idk if it's just the games I've been playing but everything I try to 100% eventually turns into Interactive Map Slop

input buffering and adjacent leniency mechanics are the greatest achievements of modern gaming imo and should be implemented wherever possible they make games so much smoother to play its unreal, the difference between older platformers especially is night and day

one thing I've only recently realized is how insanely good I am at games in general I beat Star of Providence in like 4 hours when it takes other people 20 apparently and then blitzed through content other people take 200 hours to do in just 40 and this is the first real shump I've played mind you

Marsman3354 @marsman3354.bsky.social · 12/04/2026

this shit is frying me teammate slowly built their base inside of the opponent's and it somehow worked and won the game😭

the term “filtered” when referring to people who quit a game because they got stuck pisses me off ngl I swear it’s always used to shift blame from dogshit difficulty design on to the player your game may be fundamentally unapproachable but it’s the players fault for not trying enough apparently

In hindsight I think it's kind of humorous how vastly different Fraud actually was compared to what everyone thought it would be Not to discredit fan ideas, many are really cool in their own right but Hakita once more making something entirely unexpected is pretty neat

youtube comments saying Armstrong is a “good guy” with “consistent morals” aspiring for “what he believes in” </3 did anyone actually play the game or are people this dumb

280

Marsman3354 @marsman3354.bsky.social · 30/03/2026

I think it's supremely impressive how a bunch of artistic details Hakita puts in Ultrakill result in tons of fan creations inspired by them From song titles inspired by the overly long naming conventions of 8-3 OSTs to the surge of Earthmover-esque character designs, it's quite an achievement imo
