If you’ve read or watched watership down you’ll understand it better

The joke here is that the red glowing sphere above is a mad god of the rabbits, basically frith is the creator of the universe and saw that the rabbit prince refused to control his own people, thus frith turned nearly every other animal against the rabbit prince and his kind. But frith wasn’t done yet, he made the rabbit even more vulnerable to the animals that had been turned against them.
