Went to Jerry’s in Squirrel Hill - they have the largest laserdisc selection I’ve ever seen.

RIP Tim Curry Legend and The Worst Witch were on heavy rotation when I was a kid. I spent many a late Saturday night in high school attending live cast showings of RHPS (followed by coffee at Denny's). Clue is one of my comfort movies. He was such a versatile talent and will be greatly missed.

When you're not working multiple jobs, worrying about food/housing insecurity, etc you have time to put into PTSA activities and outside fundraising. It creates a different sort of classist system. Ex: mccallumptsa.org vs navarro.austinschools.org/parents/ptsa 2/2

Texas has a recapture system that redistributes tax dollars to other districts (when it's not funding vouchers; entirely other issue). The difference between schools in lower vs. higher income neighborhoods becomes a difference in parental time and connections. www.austinisd.org/budget/recap... 1/2

Schlepping this and our collection of armies across the country was a feat. The company took up an entire 16' POD. #nerdlings #warhammercommunity

MAKE. THIS. HAPPEN. If we fail to make this happen while Sir Patrick and Sir Ian are still with us, we have failed as a society, possibly as a species.

According to Capcut's autocap tool, the most devastating galaxy-spanning civil war in Imperial history is called the "Horse Heresy." Led by this guy, I'm assuming...

This is why I refuse to do LEGO set reviews and am very glad I don't write about movies/TV anymore.

This year marks 20 years - started as a one man shop writing about building a pre-Heresy Death Guard army to fill time and now we are here. More eloquently stated in the post…

Building a thing. Bought the set last November before it went totally out of stock, then it sat in storage for 9 months. I'm not sure where I'm going to put it... but I don't really care right now because it's fun.
