I have decided that I need to get faster and better at drawing right now. I will post something everyday even if it's just a sketch. If I fail, the next thing I post WILL be mpreg. Nothing against mpreg, I just have only so many ocs capable of it and I will run out fast

Something I drew earlier today. I'll probably finish it later #oc #originalcharacter

I'm going to remake my visual novel "Kidnapped for a Date" because I don't like how I didn't explore Ace's asexuality, Mc's relationship with his co-workers, Caelum as a person, and so on. Also, I kind of rushed the original since I felt burnt out halfway through making it.

I've been loving this song, so I drew this. It's probably the best thing I've drawn this entire year. #rainyholmes_fa #digitalart

I always feel like my art is technically good but never aesthetically good, so I decided to redraw the first thing I posted on here. I like it more, but I still need to work on drawing eyes. #ocart #originalcharacter

I'm kind of realizing exactly how bad I am at drawing backgrounds. I don't want to delay my visual novel even more than I have, but I think I need to take time to practice.

Marrowed_Yuu @marrowedyuu.bsky.social · 26/07/2026

I've been too busy playing stardew valley that my visual novel probably wont be done in time for the yaoi game jam. I'll still finish it though

One of the characters from my next visual novel. The art isn't finished yet, but he's a friend of the main love interest #originalcharacter #ocart

Apparently, I am a live streamer now. If you need background noise, feel free to come in while you work on something else. It'll mostly be me working on my visual novel while Stardew Valley music plays in the background. www.youtube.com/@Marrowed_Yu...

I have given up when it comes to the O2A2 jam due to not liking how the character looks in the background. Here's the character I drew for it. #oc #ocart

Feeling a little impulsive. I might also do the o2a2 jam.

Little fun fact about Ace: A few days after "Kidnapped For A Date" takes place, he's blackmailed into joining a cult. He's a side character for a story I have in mind that revolves around said cult, so it's very important that he joins. You're not in it though.

Marrowed_Yuu @marrowedyuu.bsky.social · 23/06/2026

post surgery, so I won't be able to post for a few days. My next visual novel will involve porcelain dolls, and it will have a kind but idiotic mc and a very gentle but obsessive love interest. Heavy emphasis on gentle. Hopefully it will be done in time for the yaoi game jam

I can finally move on. My visual novel "Kidnapped For A Date" is done! In this VN, You're kidnapped by an actor you're not even a fan of. He doesn't want money or to hurt you. He just wants a date. The title is very self-explanatory. marrowed-yuu.itch.io/kidnapped-fo...

Marrowed_Yuu @marrowedyuu.bsky.social · 17/06/2026

Almost done! I just need to read it to check for any mistakes and to make the ui. The visual novel will be posted on itch.io either Wednesday or Thursday

020

Marrowed_Yuu @marrowedyuu.bsky.social · 16/06/2026

I can't tell if I'm cringing because of my writing and art, or if it's from how much of an idiot Ace is I've been staring at his face for far too long... #oc #ocart #originalcharacter

Marrowed_Yuu @marrowedyuu.bsky.social · 13/06/2026

UPDATE: I have once again overestimated myself. I wanna say that I'll be done in 3 more days, but lets just give myself 5. All art is done, writing is like 98% done, music is mostly done, coding is almost halfway done, and I haven't started on UI yet.

My favorite quote from The Backrooms movie was when Clark said "What is this? Some sort of backrooms?" 10/10

Marrowed_Yuu @marrowedyuu.bsky.social · 25/05/2026

I'm going to try and finish my visual novel in 2-3 weeks. 1 week to finish the writing, and the other 2 to finish the art, ui, music, and code. I'd say it's currently about 80% done

000

Marrowed_Yuu @marrowedyuu.bsky.social · 09/05/2026

Thought I'd give an update for what I'm working on. all of the sprites for the visual novel I'm working on stacked on top of each other. Ignore the lack of faces. I just need to finish drawing the CGs and writing the endings #oc #ocart

I have decided to make a very irresponsible decision that I will most likely regret where I redo the majority of my current project despite knowing I can't do much better.

Marrowed_Yuu @marrowedyuu.bsky.social · 16/03/2026

was trying to get this one done in time for a visual novel game jam, but I failed. Anyway, this is one of Ace's sprites that I really like. Hopefully it'll be out soon #oc #ocart

I've been so sick recently and haven't been able to do much other than read. Now that it's easier to breathe sitting up than laying down, I might as well draw while at my desk. #originalcharacter #oc #digitalart
