Another book cover I was happy to draw for J.E. Ridge! #mmart #bookcover #bookishhart #coverart #MMromace #BLart

Cover of "The Mage and his stolen prince" by J.E. Ridge

A young man in black clothes and long silver hair sits on a stone ruin. Another man with bright red hair sits near his feet and leans his head towards the blond man's knee.
They both hold magical purple flowers in their hands.
A beautiful mysterious garden is in the background.

The sketch from a client vs The finished work I LOVE when clients communicate their ideas in those sketches even if it’s just two stick men together! It’s always so cute and I feel the connection immediately! #coverart #mmart #mmromance #blart

A sketch from a client with simple figures showing character 1 sitting in a throne and character 2 leaning towards them

A finished full colour of “the prince and his stolen throne” book by J.E. Ridge with the same concept but made into a full illustration.

And the second character sits on the handle of a throne holding the first one from behind. Putting his hand over the character 1 shoulders

Every day at the moment just feels like I’m shouting into the void about my book, but the most horrifying part is knowing that it just…won’t end? Like, this is life as an indie author and there’s no escaping it 🫠 How do people manage to take a break from it? I feel like I’m working 24/7!

Some fun Inhuman Nature excerpts for today 👀 Pre-orders are up now, and ARC applications will be opening shortly! #mmromance #shibari #meninrope

A red tinted picture of a man in shibari with text reading: “How does rope sound?” Rake asked. “Tight over your body, leaving plenty of indentations. DJ can trace the marks with his tongue after I let you loose.”
Oh. Oh. “That sounds perfect,” Shaun said.

A red tinted image of a man in shibari with text reading: DJ was a vision in white, his body contorted in a way that arched his back, with a single piece of rope between his teeth. He wore the ropes like his body had been built for the purpose of being tied; the indents in his flesh exquisitely accentuating his full figure.

A red tinted image of a man holding some rope with text reading: Shaun’s reactions to every added loop and cross Rake made with the rope were a wonder to behold. When Rake peeked at Shaun’s face, his expression was that of serenity; his head tilted back, mouth parted, his eyes fluttering closed every time Rake’s fingers ghosted over his skin.

Some of my recent reads! A good week (or so) overall, with a few absolute gems - Third Time Lucky and Man of Lies being my faves! #mmromance #mmromancesky

Picture showing the covers of after hours lectures by Kimberly knight and Rachel lyn Adams, nudging fate by ej Russell, and any given lifetime by leta Blake

Third Time Lucky by Aurora Crane had me reading with a stupid smile on my face the whole time thanks to Lake’s antics - I adore a good bi-awakening, and even better that he was the epitome of a himbo!
Unfettered Fey by S. Rodman is the perfect ending to a series I’ve been ravenous for - clearly I’ve got a type, as Flyn is the perfect sunshine himbo MC.

The covers of His Every Move by M. Walker, Desperately delicate viper by KM Neuhold and Claimed by the orc emperor by rs mckenzie

I’m not always into rockstar romances, but Pretty Obsessed by J.R. Gray completely convinced me. The dirty talk is unmatched - definitely one for audio!
Man of Lies by Parker St. John is one of those books I want to shout about from the rooftops - the smut is amazing, the chemistry is off the charts, and the plot is arresting - can’t wait for the next in the series!

Saw a cover reveal from a prominent MM romance writer and the cover was blatantly AI. They’ve copped to using AI before, so this isn’t me simply speculating. The even worse part, however? The comments underneath praising the wonderful cover 🙃

There’s a specific scene in Inhuman Nature that I want to get drawn, but it’s wildly NSFW and realistically will cost a ton (and rightly so given the detail required). I’ll get it done if I reach a certain target of readers…a target that I have yet to determine.

Here was me thinking I had around 7 books planned for my romantasy series (of which 2 have been written). Upon checking my notes, it’s 9 novels, most of those having sketched out plots already. I’m gonna need like…an extra 24 hours every day to get them written

I’ve read my book about 30 times or so by this point, have had a dozen alpha and beta readers, and I STILL have only just discovered a logic slip in what’s supposed to be my second-last edit before sending to the proofreader. I swear it’s down to the paper edit. It’s unbeatable. #writersky
