Amanda Marochko @marochko.bsky.social · 08/09/2026I’m looking to connect with Substack creators: both those just getting started and who’ve been building for a while. I’d love to learn from people who are experimenting, growing an audience, and figuring out what works. Share your Substack below and I’ll give you a follow! 200
Amanda Marochko @marochko.bsky.social · 20/08/2026So now there's one place showing usage per app build, which surfaces testers are actually in (for now, we're actively testing our new Composers, Insights, and Community), and which feedback belongs to which build 💙 I had time to go on a few side quests this week, so stay tuned for more updates! 000
Amanda Marochko @marochko.bsky.social · 20/08/2026On mobile, testing runs through TestFlight and the Google Play beta track, so everything is tied to app builds - testers sit on different versions, and pulling something back can mean waiting on an app update. Which means we never really had the same viz into how people are testing new features. 100
Amanda Marochko @marochko.bsky.social · 20/08/2026It was Build Week at @buffer.com this week! My primary project was a feedback loop for our Mobile Beta testers. Beta works differently on mobile than it does on web. On web, we can put a feature behind a flag, see exactly who's in it, and roll it back the same day. 151
Reposted by Amanda MarochkoBuffer @buffer.com · 21/01/2026Hi, this is Amanda from Buffer’s product team. 👋🏽 I wanted to share a quick update on what we’ve been working on with the Buffer API and Developer Portal. First, thank you to everyone who’s been testing and sharing feedback. It’s been so helpful, and we’re building with that input in mind. 💙 1164
Amanda Marochko @marochko.bsky.social · 22/12/2025This year, consistency fueled growth. What's your biggest 2025 takeaway? 000
Amanda Marochko @marochko.bsky.social · 22/12/2025Shared 300+ posts with a 37-week streak: 🔹 40% @Buffer highlights: API evolution, channel improvements, key hires. 🔹 30% @shesharp.co impact: Mentorship successes, award nominations, events. 🔹 20% PM reflections: Conference talks, "build for the long term", the power of engagement. 100
Amanda Marochko @marochko.bsky.social · 22/12/2025Using a mix of insights from our "In Bloom" campaign, raw post data I pulled using our new API, and AI, this is my @Buffer year in review: 100
Reposted by Amanda MarochkoBuffer @buffer.com · 02/12/2025For almost a year, Sr Software Engineer @ Buffer, Arek Panek lived inside one of the most stubborn product mysteries at Buffer: posts getting “stuck in processing.” A tiny percentage of updates that were neither sent nor errored. Just stuck. This became his North Star, & he refused to let it go! 1184
Amanda Marochko @marochko.bsky.social · 12/11/2025Easier said than done, though. Staying on top of every comment is tough, especially across multiple platforms. You can now see all your comments from LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Threads, X, and Bluesky in one place, minus the endless notification pile. 010
Amanda Marochko @marochko.bsky.social · 12/11/2025Our team at @buffer.com dove into the numbers: after analyzing 72,000 posts, we made quite the discovery 💡 Creators replying to comments consistently saw a 30% boost in engagement on future posts 🚀 100
Amanda Marochko @marochko.bsky.social · 12/11/2025Since the beginning of the year, I've made it a habit to share something on social every single week. What surprised me the most? The biggest shift didn't come from posting more - it came from engaging in real conversations. 100
Reposted by Amanda MarochkoBuffer @buffer.com · 06/10/2025We’re rebuilding Buffer’s Public API. Here’s why this matters for developers and the broader ecosystem 👇 262
Reposted by Amanda MarochkoBuffer @buffer.com · 06/10/2025We’re not just building a public API. We’re building a dev experience we’d want to use ourselves! 🎥 If you’ve been dreaming of a more automation-friendly, developer-loved Buffer; this one’s for you! 0121
Amanda Marochko @marochko.bsky.social · 29/09/2025Hey Jeff, thanks for reaching out. We initially applied this limit as a UX decision as we have some limitations within our existing composer, however, we're currently working on improving our post composition experience so we will take this into account! Thanks! 110
Amanda Marochko @marochko.bsky.social · 23/09/2025We actually have a pretty generous free plan, so you should be able to get started on that without any issues! :) 010
Amanda Marochko @marochko.bsky.social · 23/09/2025👋 I'm taking over @buffer.com's Bluesky social account for the upcoming Mondays (spoiler alert: lots of API chats to come 😂). Is there anything you'd like to discuss over on our brand channel? 000
Amanda Marochko @marochko.bsky.social · 23/09/2025Ahhhh @daniel-gentry.bsky.social, nice to see you here! I just responded to your email yesterday :) We'll hopefully get you set up as a beta tester very soon! 010
Amanda Marochko @marochko.bsky.social · 19/08/202531 weeks in a row of sharing content on social! That’s over half a year of consistency 🤯 To put it in perspective: if this streak were a baby, it’d be about the size of a coconut right now 🥥 010
Amanda Marochko @marochko.bsky.social · 30/07/2025Hey @yopro.studio - thanks for the feedback! We have a few other high priority features on our radar first, but this is something we're looking into. Amanda Marochko @marochko.bsky.social · 24/06/2025My biggest take-aways so far: ➡️ Consistency is incredibly powerful. ➡️ There’s always something new to learn. ➡️ Finding a supportive community (like my colleagues) makes all the difference. 010
Amanda Marochko @marochko.bsky.social · 24/06/2025We regularly exchange feedback and share tips on our company Slack channel, which helps us all grow. 110
Amanda Marochko @marochko.bsky.social · 24/06/2025The real game-changer for me has been learning from everyone around me and supporting each other along the way. I subscribe to their newsletters, watch their videos, and engage with their posts, and they do the same for mine. 110
Amanda Marochko @marochko.bsky.social · 24/06/2025My teammates are all at different points in their content journeys, too. Some are seasoned influencers, while others are just starting out. 110
Amanda Marochko @marochko.bsky.social · 24/06/2025Working at @buffer.com doesn’t automatically make me a content creation expert. In reality, I’m still finding my groove: experimenting with new tools, discovering my authentic voice, and figuring out what kind of content truly connects with people. 2142

Amanda Marochko @marochko.bsky.social · 06/05/2025What are some of the special moments that happen during your team offsites? 000
Amanda Marochko @marochko.bsky.social · 06/05/20253️⃣ Gratitude Session. Our last session of the retreat focuses on sharing gratitude and giving thanks to other colleagues. Sometimes we give thanks for work things that have happened during the week, and other times, we take a moment to share something more personal. 100
Amanda Marochko @marochko.bsky.social · 06/05/20252️⃣ Personal Stories Dinners. We spend two evenings with three other colleagues from different parts of the company, and talk about life. You leave these sessions feeling more connected to your teammates, developing a rapport that goes beyond work. 100
Amanda Marochko @marochko.bsky.social · 06/05/20251️⃣ Team Wide Support Time. All hands on deck answering questions in the customer support inbox. We develop a deeper level of empathy for our users, and leave that session feeling energized and empowered to ship features / fix bugs that can improve our product. 100
Amanda Marochko @marochko.bsky.social · 06/05/2025Wow, what a week! It's very rare to spend time in person together as a remote company, but once per year, we carve out that time so that we can develop deeper connections to our goals and each other. There are 3 "sessions" that make a Buffer retreat quite unique ⬇️ 110
Amanda Marochko @marochko.bsky.social · 17/04/2025Over the last 4 months, I've really focused on creating more consistency with my posting habits. → My impressions have increased by 434.2% → My reach has increased by 531.1% → I've gained nearly 250 new followers You don't have to be a "thought leader" to have an impact. You just need to start. 040
Amanda Marochko @marochko.bsky.social · 08/04/2025Hey there! I'm part of the Product Team at Buffer and would love to learn more about what feedback you had and how it's improved for you! :) 110
Amanda Marochko @marochko.bsky.social · 02/04/2025👋 Amanda from @buffer.com here. This one totally had us fooled as well! It was a fun one to troubleshoot with our team 😅 020
Amanda Marochko @marochko.bsky.social · 20/03/2025Everything is figureout-able, and some of the best PMs I know have always found a way to find a path forward. 000
Amanda Marochko @marochko.bsky.social · 20/03/2025Managing many inputs with multiple stakeholders? Evaluate your rituals that no longer serve you (such as recurring meetings), automate as much as you can, lean into brief and asynchronous communication. 100
Amanda Marochko @marochko.bsky.social · 20/03/2025Building something that you lack context in? Speak to folks in the industry who have already have the expertise, read as much as you can, and engage with your target customers early on in the process. 100
Amanda Marochko @marochko.bsky.social · 20/03/2025Embarking on a massive project? Focus on what it will take to build a Minimum Loveable Product and start with shipping small, iteratively and often. 100
Amanda Marochko @marochko.bsky.social · 20/03/2025The most underrated quality that you can have as a Product Manager is being resourceful. 110
Amanda Marochko @marochko.bsky.social · 13/03/2025Hey there 👋 I just wanted to follow up to say this has now been shipped! Please let us know if you have any feedback :) 140
Amanda Marochko @marochko.bsky.social · 17/02/2025This year in particular feels very exciting, as @Buffer.com has recently become profitable again and we have a renewed vision and strategic pillars we're working towards. I'm looking forward to celebrating many more milestones ahead! 001
Amanda Marochko @marochko.bsky.social · 17/02/2025And of course, the people. There's a statistic out there that says that if you have a best friend at work, you're more likely to stay at your company. I'm fortunate to have many friends at Buffer, many of whom have celebrated big achievements with me and have been there for the hard times, too. 110
Amanda Marochko @marochko.bsky.social · 17/02/2025On the personal growth side of things, I started out doing Partnerships at Buffer and then transitioned into Product. I'm now working on a deeply technical project (rebuilding our public API and third party developer ecosystem), which has allowed me to keep learning and stretching my competencies. 110
