I met Mr. B in the pool at a hotel he frequented in Palm Springs when I was 13. I had started reading for fun with his R Is For Rocket story collection a year before. He was working on the screenplay for SWTWC but it didn't get made for another 10 years. He signed my copy of the book for me.

My first one was Genesis Live! and I loved The Knife right off the bat but I had to digest the rest the same way I had done with Yes and ELP after I abandoned Top 40 for FM Rock when I started high school. You almost had to follow Foxtrot with Nursery Cryme, perfect bookends.
