Didn’t quite deserve that but clinical play did for us. Felt like a repeat of a lot of last seasons games. Plenty of positives though. Good displays from a number of players and some useful minutes. Thought ACD was excellent and, on this showing, will offer more than Whittaker. Onto Saturday!

Boro put us through the wringer in the second half. Tommy should really have killed them off in the second half. So many positives though; Lankshear 🔥; players rested; fitness built for others. Team is gelling and that showed with a few tactical wobbles but we’re second! Who was your motm?

A little bit frustrated with that, but a point away is not a bad end. Sloppy second half and, for once, the subs didn’t kick us on. Malanda is better when stepping into midfield but not as a fixture there. Jones looking slightly rusty but that’s not a surprise. Team will keep improving #utb 🔴⚪️

Wasn’t a perfect performance from Boro, but was a great result. Some decent football; 3 goals; a real instinctive striker; tactical changes ; deep bench and subs making us stronger. Just the result we needed and some much needed positive news about our town. Worth the trip! #utb 🔴⚪️
