Hit 375,000 words on the first draft of Pillars of the Sky this morning. Still writing, but only 8–10 chapters to go. Once the draft is done, it’s off to alpha readers, then revisions. While it’s out, I’ll start work on Dragonhold, a stand-alone Eye of Eternity novel.

Another milestone! I’m about 2 chapters away from finishing Darien’s arc for Pillars of the Sky. Then it’s Sevaani’s turn. I’d say I’m 85% done. This book has been kicking my butt. Next up: edits, alpha, beta, editor. There’s a light at the end of the tunnel. I can see it!

Hit 325K words on The Pillars of the Sky! ✍️ Cut 4K from Kaiel’s arc before starting Darien’s, so it took a bit longer, but that’s 4K fewer to edit later. First draft = telling myself the story. Edits come next. Book 2 is coming. Slowly. Surely. 👀 #amwriting #fantasywriter

I started watching 'Citadel' on Prime when it released and stopped after 2 episodes. So bad. But 'Citadel: Diana' has come out and I want to watch that so figured I'd try 'Citadel' again. Still bad, but in episode 4 it's actually become interesting!
