Today was a full day of meetings with SCAS: Daily Critical Review, Peer Reviews, our weekly Patient Safety Team meeting, and a 1:1 catch‑up. We discussed numerous cases, each offering positive outcomes and important learning. A day that reflected our commitment to our patients and our clinicians.

Late shift completed, keeping my clinical skills up! Today I worked with a Nurse who I have known for sometime. I knew he had worked at the Hospital for a long time so I asked how long. He said "I started here October 1st 1975". What incredible service to the Hospital and patients. Huge respect!
