A lot of my friends were traumatized by #TransformersTheMovie. This was my first exposure to #Transformers, so it didn’t really have the same impact on me. I had an #UltraMagnus toy and assumed he had the ghost of #OptimusPrime in him…mostly because he was a white version of him when out of armour.

Day 1: post surgery. Sitting in the back yard since I’m not allowed to go for walks, lift or bend anything. I should be fine by the weekend, but looking around, I have a lot of yard work to catch up on. The bees/wasps are all over still. The wasps won’t leave me be.

The power was out for almost seven hours this morning. While power outages are annoying and inconvenient, I was actually pretty excited to make our breakfast on a barbecue in the rain. Since we couldn’t make coffee, I had a pumpkin so latte delivered while I was cooking. 🍳☕️
