When he said he no longer cared about stats, we all assumed he just meant he’d do what it takes to win even if it meant fewer 300 yard passing games. We didn’t realize he meant he’d make sure no good stats were ever accumulated by this offense again.

For the first time in 9 quarters, the Vikings ran a play in the red zone. But then didn’t have enough time to try for a TD, so still settled for a FG. The babiest of baby steps.
