Mark Ledsome @markledsome.bsky.social · 22/01/2026“Broombridge at Sunrise” First painting of the year and the first for a while. I’m quite pleased with how the sky turned out. I really wanted to capture this sunrise from my commute, and the trams and train arriving together spoke to me. Water mixable oils on a canvas board. 020

Mark Ledsome @markledsome.bsky.social · 01/12/2024“A Cold Night in the North” An (amateur) attempt at a Bob Ross style landscape from imagination. I don’t think it’s come out too badly. I had a lot of fun with it. 000
Mark Ledsome @markledsome.bsky.social · 27/11/2024I was right! How on Earth did this photo get chosen for this? Having said that I do like that even in the twenty-first century these little things so slip through the cracks for pedantic nerds like myself to spot! 020
Mark Ledsome @markledsome.bsky.social · 23/11/2024Happy birthday Doctor Who. What's your favourite story? Not the one you think is best, the one that sticks with you. (Yeah - I picked a whole season; come at me, bro…) 010
Mark Ledsome @markledsome.bsky.social · 20/11/2024A quick little painting of a wonderful day out with my wife and son over the summer. An adventure and explore around Bective Abbey in County Meath - we had the whole site to ourselves and had a wonderful picnic in the cloisters. Probably my favourite day of the year. 010
