This is the result of eating more carefully and climbing the stairs in my building multiple times daily with barbells. No gym membership, and using ingenuity figuring out how to end-run around my impatience with diet and exercising. I'm awfully pleased and if I can do it at 61, it's not impossible.

Two months ago my doctor warned me I was inching towards diabetes. It's taken some ingenuity figuring out exercise I'll do (hey, six flights of stairs right outside my door!) and develop healthy recipes I enjoy but this is 10 lbs and more muscle tone later. More to do, but not bad for 61, amirite?
