I have followed you for years on two different platforms, and I remain grateful for your work. While I also was taken aback regarding your exclusion of Mr. Williams, I really want to praise you here for your openness, non-defensiveness, and willingness to listen. This is how the world should work!

Sigh, sorry. Not that the Sunshine State is necessarily better.

I just read your state made light rail illegal in Indianapolis?

lmao, are they going for laughs?

Not crazy, spinning a lethal narrative to incite civil war

I think this is it: collective action, imploring some of congress/senate to put country over party (and themselves), global pressure like we do to other brutal regimes, public witness to expose evil. Constant pressure. Economic action and strikes

Thank you for this. Not envious, happy that someone can find a spot of joy

Don’t believe the hype. Believe that arguably one of HBO max’s most anticipated second season releases can’t touch a show that had its season finale air almost two weeks ago.

Run To You captured the beautiful, messed up failure to communicate. I admire your skills and imagination!

@blitzcranks.bsky.social I just want to thank you for the incredible “Wherever I'm with you”. What a beautiful way to evoke and deepen S01E06 #HeatedRivalry. Made my day!

There have been some recently cringeworthy exceptions, and there is one standout under-12, but mostly the Bell soaps keep the kids at sleepovers, school trips, too sick to come to events, or upstairs in their room.

Mark Harding @markhtoo.bsky.social · 06/12/2025

Not your point, but I’m struck just how good the quality of Google Translate has become. That sounded very natural in English, with a few exceptions.

010

Mark Harding @markhtoo.bsky.social · 06/12/2025

I think they do. Kids are mostly invisible on #YR #BoldAndBeautiful

Mark Harding @markhtoo.bsky.social · 29/11/2025

Well Heated Rivalry is both top and bottom. I’ll see myself out.

But they just killed Luna a few months ago. Something is up.

Mark Harding @markhtoo.bsky.social · 19/11/2025

What about that Leslie is going to do great harm to Shanice given Shanice’s INSANE chemistry with Teddy? #BTG #BeyondTheGates

Mark Harding @markhtoo.bsky.social · 18/11/2025

Donny/Mick continues to be the worst: Bury your feelings, forget your trauma, be young and free. While poor Dodger falls apart. #Hollyoaks

Mark Harding @markhtoo.bsky.social · 18/11/2025

Not gonna lie. I’m not sure I need another manosphere storyline. But kudos to #Hollyoaks for really thematically delving into toxic masculinity across all stories for the second episode in a row.

011

Mark Harding @markhtoo.bsky.social · 17/11/2025

Wow what a strong #Hollyoaks. Congrats to Gary Sewell, whose script opened or propelled many stories (Dodger’s rape PTSD, Ste’s abuse by his son AND his first sexual encounter with Dillon, Ant is trapped in the manosphere) while exploring nuances of gender and masculinity.

Mark Harding @markhtoo.bsky.social · 15/11/2025

I think it is block taping or group scenes. Working 5/5 doesn’t mean she’s in five consecutive episodes — but I guess we’ll see?

210

Mark Harding @markhtoo.bsky.social · 15/11/2025

Every single scene with Leslie getting away with mayhem makes me smile. It makes #BeyondTheGates ENTERTAINING, not realistic. Of course she’ll get her consequences, but why would we want the fun to end?? #BTG

Mark Harding @markhtoo.bsky.social · 15/11/2025

I hate that I’m such a serial-and-set fan, because here I go onto #GameChanger after finishing #HeatedRivalry and #TheLongGame. Tell your children not to grow up to be completists. (Great series, though)

010

Mark Harding @markhtoo.bsky.social · 14/11/2025

Having missed essentially all of the mob years, watching #GH since May, Sonny comes off as mostly wise and reasonable, Jason comes off as heroic and caring, Carly comes off as appropriately protective. Not one hateworthy thing, imo. It helps to be unburdened by the past.

030

Mark Harding @markhtoo.bsky.social · 14/11/2025

Not going to bore you with how I love how most of the stories on #GH are connected under Five Poppies/Sidwell umbrella (the kind of story I love), but this show is in a whole better league than most of the other US soaps (#BTG excepted, which is strong) #GeneralHospital

I don't have enough sympathy for Andrew

000

Mark Harding @markhtoo.bsky.social · 12/11/2025

I keep having it on my list to watch these, but since I don't have much history with the show, pure nostalgia that doesn't open up big new story won't motivate me.

010

Mark Harding @markhtoo.bsky.social · 12/11/2025

I realize there is no economic motive to do so, but #Neighbours REALLY should submit today's episode for Daytime Emmys. It tells a complete story, is TOP FORM in lighting, sound, music, direction, acting. #DaytimeEmmys

#EastEnders Been thinking a lot about some of my favorite moments from the last regime. Someone reminded me of George's baby farming arc, and that was superb from end to end. Chilling, heart-ache. It's sad the current regime may not care.

020

Mark Harding @markhtoo.bsky.social · 12/11/2025

#EastEnders it is no surprise that Freddie has been a fave -- just bringing the mix of innocence, cheek. Bobby Brazier played such love for Freddie's best friend Bobby (think of the stampede rescue), and I'm sad that will end unresolved. They never invested in him post-Strictly

030

Mark Harding @markhtoo.bsky.social · 12/11/2025

#EastEnders Based on the caravan TikTok series and Mo-Freddie affection in those shorts, I'll be upset if Mo's not around for Freddie's goodbye.

010

Mark Harding @markhtoo.bsky.social · 12/11/2025

#EastEnders Been thinking a lot about some of my favorite moments from the last regime. Stevie was a fave, and I'm sorry he didn't stay. That Father's Day episode at the lake was a high point for me. Stevie-Mo I would have liked to see more of.

010

Mark Harding @markhtoo.bsky.social · 12/11/2025

#Neighbours This Andrew-Holly fallout is superb. What is gutting me is that there is no way this can be resolved by the end of the series, and the unfinished business will haunt me, lol. Andrew is also about to lose his last friend (Cara cannot forgive) and job. Sad ending.

161

Mark Harding @markhtoo.bsky.social · 12/11/2025

#GeneralHospital #GH I really like Nathan's return and this Bourne Identity possibility, but (a) the lack of any kind of emotional struggle makes it harder to buy; anyone would be haunted by their lost years (b) Dante was also a "pawn", and should feel uneasy.

Mark Harding @markhtoo.bsky.social · 12/11/2025

When you see an episode of PERFECT soap, 10 / 10, no notes, intricately set up, rooted in decades of history, superbly produced and directed (lighting, music get extra awards). Wow. #Neighbours

I assume they weren’t literally one of Wyndham’s Triffids? But perhaps leftovers from the film found in property store?

Mark Harding @markhtoo.bsky.social · 08/11/2025

I think the whole universe agrees with this, except for Eric Braeden and Josh Griffith lol

010

Mark Harding @markhtoo.bsky.social · 08/11/2025

I love the actor/character, but I've seen him since 1979, and the character used to be more vulnerable (never weak).

010

Mark Harding @markhtoo.bsky.social · 08/11/2025

Retcons are annoying mostly on all the shows

020

Mark Harding @markhtoo.bsky.social · 08/11/2025

I see it as Ronnie having been brought in to be a temporary obstacle, and for such a role, Slezak brought the maximum heart and skill to it. It was a good way to keep the spectre of Monica alive post-funeral, milk some drama. I think a lot of viewers enjoyed it? #GH
