I saw this on Twitter. I'm not sure why this even needs debating. I always say thank you. If someone gave you a lift or prepared you a meal, would you not say "thank you" to them. Not much difference. It's friendly and these things can make the world seem a much better place.

The background is white with a commentary headline in bold black letters. It says "debate erupts over thanking service workers like bus drivers and waiters"

Yes, it's prepare the evening meal and a dance around the kitchen time. Spotify has recommended a Slow Cooking Mix playlist. Mildly worrying how it knows that I'm cooking😲 Here are some of It's recommendations based on my past listening.... I hope these are all clean😳

When searching for the song "Shower With My Clothes On" by Ashe, Google AI told me this below. I don't know if I should now be less or more worried about AI taking us over😳🙃

The image shows black text on a white background. The text reads:

Showering with clothes on is an unconventional practice, often done as a sensory experience, a way to quickly soften or break in stiff fabrics, or as part of a budget method to wash oneself while cleaning garments. However, doing so regularly can trap bacteria against your skin and make it difficult to clean yourself properly.
While there are some niche benefits to the practice, there are important drawbacks to keep in mind:
Why People Do It
Softening stiff fabric: Stepping into the shower with new, stiff clothes (like raw denim) can help the material mold to your body faster.
Sensory preferences: Some people enjoy the unique, heavy, or weighted sensation of wet clothes clinging to their bodies.
Extreme frugality: It is sometimes used as a hack to simultaneously wash your body and your clothes in one go to save time and water.
Potential Drawbacks
Hygiene concerns: Clothes will trap sweat and dead skin cells against your body. Attempting to wash yourself while wearing layers makes it difficult for soap and water to reach your skin.
Fabric damage: Soaking certain fabrics—especially wool, silk, or anything dry-clean only—can cause severe shrinkage, stretching, or permanent distortion.
Heavy and restricting: Wet clothes become incredibly heavy and clingy, which can feel restricting or claustrophobic to some.
A Better Alternative
If you are trying to soften stiff clothing or break in items, it is much more effective to soak them gently in a basin or tub. This allows you to wash and rinse the fabric independently using
Laundry Detergent

First, my apologies for the awful language used in the imagery. Second, apologies for politics. However, this is why satirical shows struggle these days because the stupidity is already obvious. A hand full of people currently hold the world's fate in their hands. Worryingly, this is one of them!

The writing is black is white background. Apologies but the writing is too disturbing to quite in ALT text. It is post from Donald J. Trump

Someone asked a general question on Twitter. I'm posting a screenshot of my answer because I think it's worth thinking about. (I've coloured out the original poster id, but it's findable via my Twitter feed).

The picture shows black text on a write background.

The text at the bottom, underneath the blue streak, asking this question: "When a family member over 85 years old is telling you a story for the 28th time, should you say something or play along?"

The poster gave their answer above by replying: *Play along, especially if they have memory issues.

Never correct them or tell that you know the story. Listen to them again, but as if it is the first time.

Make them happy.*
