Will be pretty funny if City do beat them as those kopite heads will explode all over the place even more than normal

050

Mark_EFC @markefc.bsky.social · 03/10/2026

& once again people like you actual match going fans are the ones who will be ripped off as you will pay or already have paid top money to watch a pointless game League needs to be suspended now until case is finished, we now had years of fake football really

011

Mark_EFC @markefc.bsky.social · 03/10/2026

100% it does & thats why there no real point in carrying on with this season until the outcome is known Why bother playing best players against City & maybe get bad injury when you know result wont really matter Games against City for now are basically friendlies as all games could be null & void 🤷‍♂️

100

Mark_EFC @markefc.bsky.social · 02/10/2026

Thats a big part of the problem as once again its the fans who are being cheated out of their money Whole thing is a farce & needs sorting now not later so all know where they stand

000

Mark_EFC @markefc.bsky.social · 02/10/2026

I totally expect them to win against some of the charges but i do think they will get a points deduction enough to relegate them thats a different story but yes i agree a fine & transfer ban will likely also happen But to do nothing until season ends is a joke & makes this season pointless

010

Mark_EFC @markefc.bsky.social · 02/10/2026

Is there really any point in football carrying on now until this City case is finished as say City win title then after season the PL expel them other clubs will just start to sue the PL for all sorts The whole thing is now a farce

210

Mark_EFC @markefc.bsky.social · 02/10/2026

Yes we were & were able to spend & buy players but now the 2nd richest club in league if not the richest Newcastle arent allowed to spend as the red cartel dont want competition they want CL football every year as they see it as their right to have it Thats the difference now & it needs stopping

110

Mark_EFC @markefc.bsky.social · 02/10/2026

Personally i couldnt really care less if they can or cant None of it bothers me as ok you take City out of the equation & then you just left with the red cartel controlling everything So until whole PL is scrapped & a new fair for all level playing field league appears nothing changes zero nothing

110

Mark_EFC @markefc.bsky.social · 02/10/2026

He will be at Man City inside 12 months as they start there rebuilding 👍

Stilton is gorgeous especially with a nice glass of Port 👍

120

Mark_EFC @markefc.bsky.social · 01/10/2026

The one thing that this City case has shown us is just how corrupt the PL really is & that a club has to use the level of underhand tactics that it has to be able to get past the red cartel clubs The PL needs disbanding & a new league put in place that is fair for all teams to be able to compete in

Burnham being trumps puppet

000

Mark_EFC @markefc.bsky.social · 30/09/2026

We gave Burnley more than what City owe us 🤣🤣🤣

000

Mark_EFC @markefc.bsky.social · 30/09/2026

Personally i think a 200 points deduction should be handed out 70 each to liverpool & man utd & 60 to chelsea & then just call it quits 👍

120

Mark_EFC @markefc.bsky.social · 30/09/2026

Its not a given that City will get any punishment but if you do a search you will see most people say they will & that there plenty of reports saying EFL will stand by PL & not accept City if they are expelled from PL So basically a points deduction to relegate them is the way for them to be in EFL

210

Mark_EFC @markefc.bsky.social · 30/09/2026

I think you likely right as basically thats only way EFL would accept them But by that happening City could i said could keep majority of players & easily win league & be back in prem after 1 season so i reckon they also get a transfer ban & maybe a European ban plus a heavy fine of course

100

Mark_EFC @markefc.bsky.social · 30/09/2026

Only problem being is that it looks like the EFL will not allow them entry into any division if they are expelled from the premier league

220

Mark_EFC @markefc.bsky.social · 29/09/2026

Zero chance of that ever happening Come on City

040

Mark_EFC @markefc.bsky.social · 29/09/2026

Blame kenwright if it wasnt for him this could of been us heading for national league 👍🤣

120

Mark_EFC @markefc.bsky.social · 29/09/2026

Just give them a 10 million fine & promise no to do it again just as the PL fined them all when they wanted to start a super league It be all over in a day or two then 👍

010

Mark_EFC @markefc.bsky.social · 29/09/2026

He had to sell because of sanctions against him due to Russia war otherwise he no doubt would still be there

020

Mark_EFC @markefc.bsky.social · 29/09/2026

If they appeal it could go on for months if not another couple of years Heard one lawyer say this could even end up in the high court 🤣🤣🤣

220

Mark_EFC @markefc.bsky.social · 29/09/2026

Problem with that is most clubs would lose that case Only clubs really affected by City stopping club winning a trophy or getting into Europe really lost out on something Some expert was explaining that on a podcast thing other day i heard

210

Mark_EFC @markefc.bsky.social · 29/09/2026

As i said elsewhere i not too bothered by all this really as all clubs cheat/bend rules Now if this verdict was going to put football on a level playing field it be something but it wont & nothing will really change once dust settles on all this

020

Mark_EFC @markefc.bsky.social · 29/09/2026

If they get expelled from PL the National League is most likely place they end up as apparently the EFL would refuse to let them in there I reckon then the city owners sell players for as much as they can & just close the club down & walk away with millions more in their pockets

110

Mark_EFC @markefc.bsky.social · 29/09/2026

Think i might be the only one who doesnt really care about this city stuff at all So they got caught cheating many clubs cheat/bend the rules all the time in one way or another & have done for years Now if this verdict was going to make football a level playing field it be good but it wont happen

110

Mark_EFC @markefc.bsky.social · 29/09/2026

Any punishment given to City will only give the red cartel clubs a win no other team will gain anything from the outcome of this
