Ironically, I'm onboarding a new client that is in the same vertical. They have a 4.6 ave, with 376 Google reviews. Of course, a negative one is "pinned" to the top (lots of text & photos). 7 months old, & they're avoiding responding. You are the master of review replies. Want to take a stab at it?🙏
