I think it's interesting from an RP standpoint that PHB'24 has spellcasters use a Component Pouch by *default*, only allowing Arcane Foci if their class gives them that functionality. I never really noticed this detail before. Only noticed now because my Fighter has Magic Initiate. #dnd #ttrpg

If a spell doesn't consume its materials and doesn't specify a cost for them, a spellcaster can use a Component Pouch (see chapter 6) instead of providing the materials specified in the spell, or the spellcaster can substitute a Spellcasting Focus if the caster has a feature that allows that substitution.

Been running a solo #DnD 5e game using Mythic GME 2e and The Solo Adventurer's Toolbox for the past week. I'm using this to play out Lilianne Everpetal's first few months on the road. It's gotten to the point where I now have to make a 2nd character sheet since she just got a new party member!

I like these personality quizzes :) Even if they don't have *scientific* backing or anything, I think they're good lenses for you to view yourself through, especially if you take the experience seriously. They don't paint the full picture of the human experience, but they're a nice peek into it.
