my mom was able to see the bloom :") according to her it smells sweetly, but just at night- which makes sense as it aims to attract nocturnal pollinators like moths!

I've never known heartbreak like this (my snake plant of six years is budding, but I'll be out of town starting tomorrow and probably won't see it's rare and magical bloom)
