my laramari fic is up! lara's confusing and overwhelming feelings about desire and sex🥊🐟 #さよならララ #goodbyelara archiveofourown.org/works/94186661

every last drop by marinel. summary: mari shows lara that her “blade” is something to be cherished.

and then mari's hands are under her sweatshirt, sliding slowly up her sides: rough from calluses, a little shaky from nerves. lara squeaks at the sensation. her hands fly to her mouth. she can feel her face growing even hotter — is it normal to make a noise like that? she's never reacted that way to being touched... then again, she's never been touched like this before. and right now mari’s hands are searing against her skin; like they can sink right through to touch her muscles and nerves.

mari pauses with her hands just below lara’s bralette. “don’t gotta be embarrassed.”

lara lets her hands fall onto her chest. so it is normal, then.

“your ears are red,” mari says, laughing lightly.

“they are?” lara pinches her own ears. “they’re so hot. ah — yours are red too, mari!”

“then... we match. help me take your shirt off?”

“i— mari, i-i want—” what do i want? lara pauses, struggling to make sense of the desires clouding her mind like trying to understand a hundred voices urging her on all at once. her silence is easily filled by lips and teeth and tongue, but it's not enough. oh! then she whispers, “more. i want more.”

“so do i,” mari says breathlessly.

she moves back to straddle lara's legs, careful not to put too much pressure on them. lara's legs are so sensitive now. nerves firing like thousands of pinpricks — pain rippling up and down all day. she can manage it most of the time, especially with medication, but the weight of a person sitting directly on them would cause an agonizing burst of pain. that mari knows to avoid them without lara saying anything makes her swoon. how could she not, when mari is always so attentive and caring?

truly..... katherine this is a personal affront..... I can't believe you'd tell ciel to take her glasses off

130

marin🥀 @marinel.bsky.social · 2h

she would go wild for the chance to do that

marin🥀 @marinel.bsky.social · 2h

katherine burying the lede here by hiding that this was about her being anti-glasses............... smdh

marin🥀 @marinel.bsky.social · 6h

yeah I think that's the thing that really gets me. I don't want her on my home screen just casually talking to the doctor it feels so wrong lol. like if we must have that, at least make all her lines about how she's a dead white guy or something. but she just shouldn't be there at all

110

marin🥀 @marinel.bsky.social · 6h

i just gotta cope and hope that her being playable is just because of a temporary agreement to work together between her and reunion and Rhodes

130

marin🥀 @marinel.bsky.social · 6h

i'm right there with u. feels kind of like a bad end for talulah to join up with rhodes lol i think it's more interesting for her to have her own journey without being playable. just feels like player pandering (which, i mean, it's a gacha so everything is, but there's degrees to it yknow6)

I read a pretty mid Letterboxd-published article about 20 gialli to watch for your October horror binge, so I'm reposting my own top 20 giallo list. It has some similarity to that list, but a lot more variety and imo better picks from the staple directors. boxd.it/r00cU

lara, oil pastel. lara means so much to me, a character who is deeply imprinted in my heart🐟 #さよならララ #goodbyelara

a front on, bust oil pastel drawing of lara from sayonara, lara. she's making a look of despair, and her fish knife heart is superimposed over her face with its nasty mouth open. in the bottom-left, a piece of paper with the words "what if nothing's changed? what if my love will always be like this?" written on it is glued to the canvas

panel from botani's 123 rhodes island comic with crownslayer looking alarmed at her and saying "no matter how you look at it, that's a total overload! you have such long hair too, you should cut some of it off-"

warmup doodle that didn't end up being just a warmup doodle and extra (bsky please work with me)

a drawing of crownslayer on the floor after being blown back by some kind of force. she is on her back with stunned expression on her face nd her arms outstretched and motionless. her ass is still stuck in the air nd her legs are dangling over her head while her tail is completely uffed up in alarm. dust is still in the air and a noticeable crack on the ground is visible beneth her at the point of impact

drawing of crownslyer peeking behind a door, looking into room with zima, istina, and rosa along with a stack of papers on a table. rosa and istina are talking to themselves without noticing her, but zima has come up to her and started talking, saying: "the report's on the table. it wouldn't hurt to come in, right? you can introduce yourself to the others while y-" before being cut off by crownslayer's arm shooting out and stretching cartoonishly long to grab the papers, as the others turn to look in alarm.
