My sweet spot is accessible literary, and I'm often asked for the next Berry Pickers by Amanda Peters, which I've sold in 27 territories. Email querymarilyn@transatlanticagency.com.

Depends. I have had a major success with a literary thriller recently: This Will be the End of Me by Jared Young. Literary though. Too commercial and I'll dislike it on the line level. Every sentence a sculpture.

#MSWL Smart, contemporary, voicey bookclub women's fiction; Sephardic or Mizrachi historical women's fiction, write to querymarilyn@transatlanticagency.com; no romantasy, no fantasy, no sci fi. Thanks! My clients have won major American and Canadian awards, and I'm very active internationally.

#MSWL Looking for a very narrow category: women's historical fiction about Mizrachi and Sephardic Jews

#MSWL Women's historical fiction about non-Ashkenazi Jews, that is, Mizrachi, Sephardic and Beta Israel (Ethiopian) communities.
