Slept a whole 2 1/2 hours last night because my trauma got triggered and sent me into non stop anxiety and flashbacks. 😞 I don't talk about it much but I have complex PTSD and it's been under control pretty well but last night it flared up bad. Thankfully I have a short work day today. 💕💕

I wanted to colour tonight but didn't think I had the attention span or dexterity to use my nice markers and focus. So I grabbed some crayons I have and just coloured messy and out of the lines. It was surprisingly cathartic. Highly suggest it if you're into colouring. ☺️
